甲醇合成过程中结蜡原因分析及在线除蜡器的应用

摘要:

探讨了甲醇合成过程中石蜡生成的主要影响因素及石蜡对生产的危害,介绍了停车除蜡法、在线提高水冷器出口温度除蜡法的优缺点。针对原有除蜡方法存在的问题,在甲醇合成装置第三进出料换热器后、水冷器前增设1台在线除蜡器,投运后效果良好,除蜡效率超过99.9%,年直接经济效益在300万元以上。

Abstract:

The main influencing factors of paraffin wax formation in the methanol synthesis process and the harm of paraffin wax to production are being discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of shutdown wax removal method and on-line wax removal method by increasing the outlet gas temperature of water cooler are being introduced. Due to the existing problems of the original wax removal method, an on-line wax remover is added to the position after the third feed in and out heat exchanger and before the water cooler of the methanol synthesis unit. The wax removal efficiency exceeds 99.9% and shows positive effect after being put into operation. The economic benefit is more than 3 million yuan per year.
