摘要:

为提高磷资源利用率,对磷矿浆制备工艺流程进行了改进,通过在球磨机进出料端加装振动筛,减小了磷矿浆的粒径,提高了150 μm筛通过率。改造后,磷矿中P2O5的平均萃取率由96.80%升至97.50%,磷石膏中总磷的平均质量分数由0.80%降至0.65%,磷石膏中P2O5的平均洗涤率由99.20%升至99.85%,实现了环境友好、绿色发展的目标,达到了改造的预期效果。

Abstract:

In order to improve the utilization rate of phosphorus resources, the preparation process of phosphate rock slurry is modified. Vibrating screens are installed at the inlet and outlet end of the ball mill to reduce the particle size of the phosphate rock slurry and increase the 150 μm sieve pass rate. After the revamp, the average extraction rate of P2O5 in phosphate rock rises from 96.80% to 97.50%, the average mass fraction of total phosphorus in phosphogypsum decreases from 0.80% to 0.65% and the average washing rate of P2O5 in phosphogypsum rises from 99.20% to 99.85%. Therefore, the goal of environmentally friendly and green development can be realized, as well as the expected effect of the transformation can be achieved.
