利用铵盐及弱酸浸取磷矿的选矿工艺研究

摘要:

介绍了铵盐和弱酸浸取磷矿选矿工艺、传统物理选矿工艺的原理及其流程,并对2种选矿工艺进行了分析比较。采用铵盐和弱酸浸取磷矿的选矿工艺,在得到P2O5质量分数大于35%、MgO质量分数小于0.6%的磷精矿的同时,副产碳酸钙镁、硝酸铵钙镁,磷的回收率可达98%以上,磷矿中的磷、钙、镁元素实现了综合利用,弥补了传统物理选矿工艺存在的缺陷。

Abstract:

The principle and process flow of two mineral processing technology, one using leaching phosphate rock with ammonium salt and weak acid, the other using traditional physical processing method, is compared and analyzed. Using mineral processing technology of leaching phosphate rock with ammonium salt and weak acid, the phosphate concentrates with mass fraction of P2O5 higher than 35% and mass fraction of MgO lower than 0.6% is obtained siding with calcium magnesium carbonate and ammonium calcium magnesium nitrate as by-products. The phosphorus recovery rate can reach up to 98%. The phosphorus, calcium and magnesium elements inside phosphate rock can be used comprehensively in order to make up for the problems existing during physical processing.
