以上海青为考察对象,采用盆栽方式进行了腐殖酸与尿素的配方试验。试验共设7个处理,以尿素中不添加腐殖酸的处理为对照,通过测定地上部鲜质量、株高、叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)、叶片数、根长、根鲜质量等指标,考察了各处理对上海青生长的影响。结果表明:黄腐酸钾、腐殖酸原粉、尿素的质量比为0.5 ∶10.0 ∶89.5时,配方较优,上海青株鲜质量提高了21.62%。黄腐酸钾和硝基腐殖酸均能促进上海青根的生长,硝基腐殖酸的效果更为显著。
A pot experiment is conducted on the formulation of humic acid and urea in Brassica chinensis L.. Seven treatments are set up in the experiment and the treatment without humic acid in urea is taken as the control group. The effect of each treatment on the growth of Brassica chinensis L. is investigated by measuring the aboveground fresh weight, plant height, relative chlorophyll content (SPAD value), leaf number, root length and fresh weight of root. The results show that the best formula is when the mass ratio of potassium fulvic acid, humic acid powder and urea 0.5 ∶10.0 ∶89.5. Due to the fact that the fresh weight of Brassica chinensis L. plant is increased by 21.62%. Both fulvic acid potassium and nitrohumic acid could promote the growth of Brassica chinensis L. roots, especially nitrohumic acid.
