以钾长石为原料,白云石和磷石膏为助剂,硫酸钠为添加剂,采用焙烧分解的方法制备硅钙钾镁肥。试验考察了原料粒径、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、添加剂用量对钾长石分解率的影响,结果表明:在钾长石、白云石、磷石膏原料质量比为1.00 ∶1.15 ∶1.00、原料粒径<75 μm、添加剂硫酸钠用量为原料质量的2%、温度为1 075 ℃的优化条件下焙烧1 h,钾长石分解率最高,达到了96.18%。优化后的工艺提高了产品有效成分的稳定性,降低了生产成本。
Using potash feldspar as raw material, dolomite and phosphogypsum as promoters, sodium sulfate as additive, silicon-calcium-potassium-magnesium fertilizer is prepared by roasting decomposition method. The effect of particle size of raw materials, roasting temperature, roasting time and amount of additive on the decomposition rate of potash feldspar are investigated. The results show that under the optimal condition when the raw material mass ratio of potash feldspar, dolomite and phosphogypsum is 1.00 ∶1.15 ∶1.00, the raw material particle size is less than 75 μm, the additive sodium sulfate is 2% of the raw material mass, the temperature is 1 075 ℃ and the roasting time is 1 hour, the decomposition rate of potash feldspar is the highest reaching 96.18%. The optimized process improves the stability of the effective constituents of the product and reduces the production cost.
