高效液相色谱法测定有机-无机复合肥料中4种抗生素的含量

摘要:

建立了高效液相色谱法测定有机-无机复合肥料中土霉素、四环素、金霉素、强力霉素等4种抗生素残留的方法。有机-无机复合肥料样品经乙二胺四乙酸二钠-Mcllvaine-甲醇提取后,以EC-C18色谱柱为固定相,以不同体积比的甲醇-乙腈(1+1)和0.01 mol/L草酸混合溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,外标法定量。结果表明:4种抗生素的质量浓度在0.1~20.0 μg/mL内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限为0.75~1.0 mg/kg,加标回收率为96.7%~104%,测定值的相对标准偏差为1.6%~2.7%。

Abstract:

A method for determination of four antibiotic residues in organic-inorganic compound fertilizer, including oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chlortetracycline, and doxycycline, by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) is established. The organic-inorganic compound fertilizer sample is extracted by EDTA disodium-Mcllvaine-methanol, gradient eluted with EC-C18 column as stationary phase and mixed solution of methanol-acetonitrile (1 + 1) and 0.01 mol/L oxalic acid in different volume ratios as mobile phase and quantified by external standard method. The results show that the mass concentrations of the 4 antibiotics have linear relationship with their peak areas within 0.1-20.0 μg/mL, the detection limit is 0.75-1.0 mg/kg, the recovery rate is 96.7%-104%, and the relative standard deviation of measured values is 1.6%-2.7%.
