提出了超声提取-离子色谱法测定复合肥料中硝态氮含量的方法。粒径≤0.5 mm的复合肥料样品用100 mL超纯水于40 ℃超声提取5 min,提取液过0.22 μm滤膜经色谱柱分离后,以KOH淋洗液进行梯度洗脱,采用电导检测器检测。结果表明:NO3-的质量浓度在20.0 mg/L以内与峰面积呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 9;NO3-的检出限为0.010 mg/L,定量限为0.030 mg/L,加标回收率为99.0%~102%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.05%~0.17%。
A method for determination of nitrate nitrogen in compound fertilizer by ultrasonic extraction-ion chromatography is proposed. The sample of compound fertilizer with a particle size of ≤0.5 mm is extracted by ultrasonic extraction method with 100 mL ultrapure water at 40 ℃ for 5 min, after the extract is filtrated by a 0.22 μm filter membrane and separated on chromatographic column, with KOH solution for gradient elution, and detected with a conductivity detector. The results show that there is a linear relationship between the mass concentration of NO3- within 20.0 mg/L and the peak area, and the correlation coefficient is 0.999 9; the detection limit of NO3- is 0.010 mg/L, the quantitative limit is 0.030 mg/L, the recovery is 99.0%-102%, and the relative standard deviation (n=6) is 0.05%-0.17%.
