低温浓缩在湿法磷酸氟回收中的应用

摘要:

在湿法磷酸生产过程中,气相中的氟在尾气洗涤环节主要以氟硅酸的形式进入洗涤液,因氟硅酸含量较低,最终大多进入磷石膏或磷复肥产品中,造成资源浪费。通过模拟试验以及工业化应用,将稀氟硅酸溶液进行低温浓缩,溶液中的氟硅酸质量分数能提高至约40%,产品质量可达到行业标准《工业氟硅酸》(HG/T 2832—2008)中优等品的要求,拓宽了湿法磷酸生产中副产的低浓度氟硅酸溶液的下游利用渠道,经济效益明显。

Abstract:

In the production of wet process phosphoric acid, fluorine in the gas phase mainly enters the washing solution in the form of fluorosilicic acid in the tail gas washing link. Due to the low content of fluorosilicic acid, most of it finally enters phosphogypsum or phosphorus compound fertilizer products therefore resulting in a waste of resources. Through simulation test and industrial application, the dilute fluorosilicic acid solution is concentrated at low temperature. The mass fraction of fluorosilicic acid in the solution can be increased to about 40%, and the product quality can meet the requirements of excellent products in the industrial standard Fluorosilicic acid for industrial use (HG/T 2832—2008). The measure not only widens the downstream utilization channel of low concentration fluorosilicic acid solution, which is a by-product in wet process phosphoric acid production, but also has obvious economic benefits.
