采用二次回归通用旋转组合设计,以氮、磷、硒肥施用量为影响因素,研究其对大豆单株籽粒产量和籽粒硒含量的影响,建立了相应的数学模型。结果表明:影响大豆单株籽粒产量的顺序为氮肥>磷肥>硒肥,影响大豆籽粒硒含量的顺序为硒肥>氮肥>磷肥。经模拟寻优,施肥组合方案为氮肥施用量0.616~0.699 g/kg、磷肥施用量5.526~7.067 g/kg、硒肥施用量2.282~2.838 mg/kg时,产量较高;施肥组合方案为氮肥施用量0.362~0.496 g/kg、磷肥施用量4.139~5.861 g/kg、硒肥施用量3.209~3.463 mg/kg时,籽粒硒含量较高。
Adopting quadratic regression general rotating combination design, as well as taking application amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and selenium fertilizers as the influencing factor, the effects of fertilization on soybean single plant grain yield and grain selenium content are studied and corresponding mathematical model is established. The results show that the order of affecting soybean grain yield per plant is nitrogen fertilizer> phosphate fertilizer> selenium fertilizer and the order of affecting soybean grain selenium content is selenium fertilizer> nitrogen fertilizer> phosphate fertilizer. Through simulation optimization, when the fertilization combination scheme is 0.616-0.699 g/kg of nitrogen fertilizer, 5.526-7.067 g/kg of phosphate fertilizer, and 2.282-2.838 mg/kg of selenium fertilizer, the yield is higher; when the fertilization combination scheme is 0.362-0.496 g/kg of nitrogen fertilizer, 4.139-5.861 g/kg of phosphate fertilizer, and 3.209-3.463 mg/kg of selenium fertilizer, the selenium content in grains is higher.
