建立了二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法测定水溶肥料中六价铬含量的方法。以水溶解试样,用碳酸钠消除水溶肥料中钙、镁、铁等元素的干扰,加入硫酸(1+1)溶液1.0 mL、磷酸(1+1)溶液0.5 mL,在酸性条件下加入二苯碳酰二肼显色剂(用丙酮配制)2.0 mL,以试剂空白为参比,于波长540 nm处测量吸光度。结果表明:六价铬的质量浓度在0.20 mg/L以内与吸光度呈线性关系,测定值的相对标准偏差小于4%,加标回收率为85.4%~96.0%,方法可满足水溶肥料中六价铬含量的测定要求。
A method for determination of hexavalent chromium in water-soluble fertilizers by diphenylcarbazide spectrophotometry is established. The sample is dissolved in water, sodium carbonate is used to eliminate the interference of calcium, magnesium, iron and other elements in water-soluble fertilizers. 1.0 mL of sulfuric acid (1+1) solution and 0.5 mL of phosphoric acid (1+1) solution are added, 2.0 mL of diphenylcarbazide color developing reagent (prepared with acetone) is added under acidic condition, the reagent blank is used as a reference and the absorbance is measured at a wavelength of 540 nm. The results show that the mass concentration of hexavalent chromium within 0.20 mg/L has a linear relationship with the absorbance. The relative standard deviation of the determined value is less than 4% and the recovery is 85.4%-96.0%. The method can meet the requirements for the determination of hexavalent chromium in water-soluble fertilizer.
