摘要:

针对板框压滤机对多元素螯合物进行过滤提取时不能连续作业、给料口容易堵塞、产能较低且滤布破损率高等问题,通过增设智能化控制系统和可真空吸附净化分离的智能化多元素螯合物过滤提取装置,实现了多元素螯合物过滤提取的连续作业及投料量和故障报警等的自动控制。实际运行结果表明,智能化多元素螯合物过滤提取装置具有分离效果好、劳动强度低、操作危险性小、运行安全、作业效率高等优点。

In connection with the problem of filtering and extracting multi-element chelate by the plate and frame filter press, such as the inability to operate continuously, the feeding port is easy to be blocked, the production capacity is low, and the filter cloth breakage rate is high, etc. Through the addition of intelligent control system and the intelligent multi-element chelate filtration and extraction device that can be vacuum-adsorbed, purified and separated, the continuous operation of multi-element chelate filtration and extraction and the automatic control of feeding amount and fault alarm are realized. The actual operation results show that the intelligent multi-element chelate filter and extraction device has the advantages of good separation effect, low labor intensity, low operation risk, safe operation, and high work efficiency.
