微量元素硒具有多种生物学功能,对动植物生长发育及人体健康具有重要意义。在通过食物摄取的硒达不到体内需求的情况下,将硒化合物施用到种植的农作物上生产富硒农产品,既有利于人体吸收,又可避免人体补硒过量,使硒的利用变得安全可靠。综述了外源硒肥对农作物的生长发育、品质、富硒能力以及与其他营养元素相互作用等方面的研究进展。开发富硒农作物新品种与研究硒肥施用新技术相结合,将对富硒生态农业的发展起到有力的促进作用。
Trace element selenium has many biological functions and has great significance to the growth and development of animals and plants and human health. Under the condition that the selenium uptake through food can not meet the needs of the body, applying selenium compounds to planted crops in order to produce selenium rich agricultural products is not only conducive to human absorption, but also be able to avoid excessive selenium supplement, so that the utilization of selenium is both safe and reliable. The research progress of exogenous selenium fertilizer on crop growth and development, quality, selenium enrichment ability and interaction with other nutrient elements is reviewed. The combination of developing new varieties of selenium rich crops and studying new technology of selenium fertilizer application will strongly promote the development of selenium rich ecological agriculture.
