锅炉烟气脱硝装置投运后,还原剂稀氨水在选择性催化还原(SCR)反应器中的雾化效果不理想,氨的逃逸率较高,炉灰因含氨质量分数偏高(0.06%~0.10%)而滞销。以气氨替代稀氨水作为还原剂,通过对前期的SCR烟道进行流场优化及新增供氨系统和喷氨系统,炉灰中氨的质量分数降至0.02%~0.03%,不仅缓解了炉灰滞销和空气预热器堵塞等问题,而且每年可节省液氨365.4 t。

After the boiler flue gas denitration device is put into operation, the atomization effect of the reducing agent dilute ammonia water in the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) reactor is not ideal. The escape rate of ammonia is high and the furnace ash is unsalable because of the high ammonia mass fraction content (0.06%-0.10%). Using gaseous ammonia instead of dilute ammonia water as the reducing agent, by optimizing the flow field of the SCR flue in the early stage, and the addition of ammonia supply system and ammonia injection system, the mass fraction of ammonia in the furnace ash is reduced to 0.02%-0.03%, which not only alleviates the problems of unsalable furnace ash and air preheater blockage, but also saves 365.4 t of liquid ammonia annually.
