摘要:

原乙酸乙酯装置采用反应系统和精馏系统分开设置的工艺,存在热量损失大、电耗高、控制指标波动大、操作人员劳动强度大等问题。根据乙酸乙酯酯化反应的特点,结合反应精馏原理,将反应釜与精馏塔组合成反应精馏塔,简化了工艺流程,不仅降低了装置的热量和动能损耗,而且达到了提产增效的目的。

The original ethyl acetate unit adopts the process of separate setting of reaction system and distillation system, which has many problems, such as large heat loss, high power consumption, large fluctuation of control index, high labor intensity of operators and so on. According to the characteristics of ethyl acetate esterification reaction and the principle of reactive distillation, the reactor and distillation column are combined into a reactive distillation column, which simplifies the process flow, not only reduces the heat and kinetic energy loss of the unit, but also achieves the purpose of increasing production and efficiency.
