采用种子发芽指数判定有机肥腐熟程度的试验

为判定有机肥生产中发酵后的原料对作物的毒性,开展了测定种子发芽指数(GI)的试验。以蒸馏水为对照,发酵谷糠和菌渣堆肥的提取液为试验对象,测定在温度为25 ℃、湿度为80%的人工气候箱中避光培养48 h的萝卜种子的根长和发芽率,计算GI。结果表明:菌渣堆肥浸提液的GI为66.87%,已基本腐熟;2种发酵谷糠浸提液的GI分别为36.93%、32.85%,腐熟不足,建议进行二次发酵。采用GI判定堆肥的腐熟程度直观、可靠,可用于评价发酵原料的腐熟程度。

In order to determine the toxicity of fermented raw materials to crops in the production of organic fertilizer, an experiment is carried out to determine the seed germination index(GI). Using distilled water as a control and extracts of fermented bran and fungus residue compost as the test object, the root length and germination rate of radish seeds cultured for 48 h in an artificial climate box at a temperature of 25 ℃ and a humidity of 80% are measured and GI is calculated. The results show that the GI of the fungus residue compost extract is 66.87%, which is basically decomposed. The GI of the two fermented bran extracts is 36.93% and 32.85% which indicated insufficient decomposition. Therefore, secondary fermentation is recommended. Using GI to determine the maturity degree of compost is both intuitive and reliable. It can be used to evaluate the maturity degree of fermented raw materials.
