提出了对发酵法生产维生素C过程中产生的古龙酸母液进行无害化处理的方法。利用古龙酸母液的酸性以及矿物源腐殖酸的吸附性和杀菌性,将古龙酸母液引入矿物源腐殖酸活化工艺中共混进行催化活化,实现了两种物料的混溶增效。在废弃物古龙酸母液得到无害化处理的同时,生产出腐殖酸类肥料,既保护了环境,又给企业带来了一定的经济效益。
A harmless treatment method of gulonic acid mother liquor produced in vitamin C production by fermentation is proposed. Based on the acidity of the mother liquor of gulonic acid and the adsorption and bactericidal properties of mineral derived humic acid, the mother liquor of gulonic acid is introduced into the activation process of mineral derived humic acid for co-mixing and catalytic activation, so as to realize the miscibility and efficiency increase of the two materials. While the waste of gulonic acid mother liquor is harmlessly treated, fertilizer containing humic acid is produced. Therefore, the treatment not only protects the environment, but also brings certain economic benefits to the enterprise.
