为探讨硝硫基复合肥与纳米碳配合施用对作物生长和植株氮、磷、钾含量的影响,以上海青为研究对象,开展了盆栽试验,共设8个处理,每个处理重复5次。结果表明:不同施肥处理的上海青叶片相对叶绿素含量(SPAD值)呈先升高后降低的趋势,前期硝硫基复合肥处理的表现较好,后期添加纳米碳处理的占优势;随生育期推移,不同施肥处理的上海青叶片数逐渐增多,收获时最多,各处理间无显著差异;硝硫基复合肥与纳米碳配合施用可促进作物叶绿素合成,增强光合作用,并提高地上部和地下部干物质质量;纳米碳可减缓养分的释放,延长肥效,促进植株体内氮、磷、钾养分的积累。
In order to explore the effects of combined application of nitrate sulfur based compound fertilizer and nano carbon on crop growth and plant nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content, a pot experiment is carried out with Brassica chinensis L. as the research object. A total of 8 treatments are set up, and each treatment is repeated for 5 times. The results show that the relative chlorophyll content (SPAD value) of Brassica chinensis L. leaves increased first and then decreased under different fertilization treatments. The performance of nitrate sulfur based compound fertilizer treatment is better in the early stage, and the treatment with nano carbon is dominant in the later stage. With the development of growth period, the number of Brassica chinensis L. leaves in different fertilization treatments increased gradually and highest at harvest. However, there is no significant difference among the treatments. The combined application of nitrate sulfur based compound fertilizer and nano carbon can promote crop chlorophyll synthesis, enhance photosynthesis and improve the dry matter quality of aboveground and underground. Nano carbon can slow down the release of nutrients, prolong fertilizer efficiency and promote the accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in plants.
