摘要:

分析了磨矿装置球磨机处理能力由设计值80 t/h降至65 t/h的原因。针对原料磷矿石性质发生改变,采取将部分送入1#旋流器的磷矿浆直接送至2#球磨机的改造措施。改造后,磨矿装置运行稳定,球磨机处理能力超过80 t/h,制得的磷矿浆浓度和粒径满足浮选生产的要求。

The reason why the processing capacity of the ball mill of the grinding unit is reduced from the design value of 80 t/h to 65 t/h is analyzed. In connection with the change in the properties of the raw phosphate rock, transformation measures are taken, part of the phosphate rock slurry that is originally sent to the 1# cyclone is directly sent to the 2# ball mill. After the transformation, the grinding unit runs stably, the ball mill has a processing capacity of more than 80 t/h and the concentration and particle size of the phosphate rock slurry produced meet the requirements of flotation production.
