介绍了QDB-07耐硫变换催化剂的工业侧线试验以及工业应用情况。工业侧线试验结果表明:QDB-07耐硫变换催化剂与原工业在用的催化剂相比,在不同温度下,副产物甲硫醇、乙硫醇、总硫醇依次减少80%、60%、75%以上。工业应用情况表明:QDB-07耐硫变换催化剂有很好的低温活性和变换活性,变换活性能满足第二变换炉对催化剂的技术要求;有较好的抑制硫醇类副产物生成的功能,能满足高硫含量原料气对催化剂有机硫转化性能的要求。
The industrial side line test and industrial application of QDB-07 sulfur tolerant shift catalyst are introduced. The industrial side line test results show that compared with the original industrial catalyst, the by-products methyl mercaptan, ethyl mercaptan and total mercaptan of the QDB-07 sulfur tolerant shift catalyst are reduced by more than 80%, 60% and 75% at different temperatures. The industrial application shows that the QDB-07 sulfur tolerant shift catalyst has good low temperature activity and shift activity, and the shift activity can meet the technical requirements of the second shift converter for the catalyst. The catalyst has a good function of inhibiting the formation of mercaptan by-products and can meet the requirements of high sulfur content feed gas on the performance of catalyst for organic sulfur conversion.
