摘要:

为考察宛氏拟青霉提取物ZNC在不同质量浓度时对生姜生长特性、产量、品质的影响,开展了田间小区试验。试验共设6个处理,在生姜幼苗期和旺盛生长期分别喷施质量浓度为10、25、50、100、200 ng/mL的ZNC溶液,以喷施等量清水为对照,测定了生姜的株高、主茎粗、分枝数、产量、块茎中营养物质含量等指标。结果表明:喷施ZNC处理的生姜,在幼苗期,株高的增加率为6.20%~24.09%,主茎粗的增加率为1.71%~14.71%;在旺盛生长期,株高的增加率为10.87%~18.82%,主茎粗的增加率为0.88%~9.08%,分枝数的增加率为6.76%~36.01%;块茎中总黄酮含量的增加率为7.69%~46.15%,维生素C、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白的含量均有所增加;产量的增长率为16.61%~59.60%。喷施适宜质量浓度的ZNC可以显著促进生姜的生长,提高生姜品质及产量。

Abstract:

In order to investigate the effects of Paecilomyces variotii extracts (ZNC) at different mass concentrations on the growth characteristics, yield and quality of ginger, a field plot experiment has been carried out. Six treatments are set up in the experiment. ZNC solutions with mass concentrations of 10, 25, 50, 100 and 200 ng/mL are sprayed respectively at the seedling stage and vigorous growth stage of ginger. Compared with the control group which sprayed the same amount of water, the plant height, main stem diameter, branch number, yield and nutrient content in tubers of ginger are measured accordingly. The results show that in the seedling stage of ginger sprayed with ZNC, the increase rate of plant height is 6.20%-24.09%, and the increase rate of main stem diameter is 1.71%-14.71%. In the vigorous growth stage, the increase rate of plant height is 10.87%-18.82%, the increase rate of main stem diameter is 0.88%-9.08%, and the increase rate of branch number is 6.76%-36.01%. The increase rate of total flavonoids content in tubers is 7.69%-46.15%, and the contents of vitamin C, soluble sugar and soluble protein increased. The yield increase rate is 16.61%-59.60%. Spraying ZNC with appropriate mass concentration can significantly promote the growth and improve the quality and yield of ginger.
