为探讨含聚谷氨酸颗粒水溶肥与挪威雅苒复合肥对不同作物的产量及品质的差异,以茄子、西红柿、辣椒、花菜等茄果类蔬菜为试验对象,在等养分的条件下,开展了田间小区试验。结果表明:上述4种作物的产量无显著性差异;与挪威雅苒复合肥处理相比,含聚谷氨酸颗粒水溶肥处理的茄子、西红柿、辣椒、花菜中的硝酸盐含量增长率分别为4.36%、-1.63%、53.35%、-17.32%,可溶性糖含量增长率分别为-1.20%、-7.60%、16.28%、11.05%,维生素C含量增长率分别为-2.25%、-7.08%、-22.87%、8.69%,可溶性蛋白含量增长率分别为-7.33%、-3.37%、2.13%、-4.10%。
The differences of yield and quality between granular water-soluble fertilizer containing polyglutamic acid and Norwegian Yara compound fertilizer on different crops are discussed. Field plot experiments have been carried out with eggplant, tomato, pepper and cauliflower under the same nutrient condition. The results show that there is no significant difference in the yield of the above four crops. Compared with Norwegian Yara compound fertilizer treatment, the growth rates of nitrate content in eggplant, tomato, pepper and cauliflower treated with granular water-soluble fertilizer containing polyglutamic acid are 4.36%, -1.63%, 53.35% and -17.32% respectively, the growth rates of soluble sugar content are -1.20%, -7.60%, 16.28% and 11.05% respectively, the growth rates of vitamin C content are -2.25%, -7.08%, -22.87% and 8.69% respectively, and the growth rates of soluble protein content are -7.33%, -3.37%, 2.13% and -4.10% respectively.
