采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法和原子吸收光谱法测定肥料中镍的含量,考察了两种方法的检出限、精密度和加标回收率。结果表明:电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法的检出限为10 μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.98%~1.53%,加标回收率为94.5%~95.4%;原子吸收光谱法的检出限为40 μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.14%~2.02%,加标回收率为93.0%~93.5%。两种方法均可满足肥料中镍含量的测定要求,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法的测定结果更准确,操作更快捷。
Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) and atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS) are used to determine the content of nickel in fertilizers. The detection limit, precision and recovery of the two methods are investigated. The results show that the detection limit of ICP-AES is 10 μg/L, the relative standard deviation is 0.98%-1.53%, and the recovery is 94.5%-95.4%. The detection limit of AAS is 40 μg/L, the relative standard deviation is 1.14%-2.02%, and the recovery is 93.0%-93.5%. Both methods can meet the requirements for the determination of nickel content in fertilizers, but the determination results of ICP-AES are more accurate and the operation is faster.
