中水回用系统技术改造总结

摘要:

由于进水水质差、膜型号不匹配、缺少杀菌剂和还原剂投加系统,严重影响反渗透水处理系统的产水量和出水水质,导致中水回用装置产水率低、回收率差。通过增设超滤系统、更换反渗透膜型号、投加专用药剂等措施,对中水回用装置进行了改造。改造后,反渗透系统进水的淤泥密度指数(SDI15)从5.7降至0.94,中水回用装置产水量增加25 t/h,提高了水资源的利用效率。

Abstract:

Due to poor inlet water quality, mismatched membrane model and lack of bactericide and reducing agent dosing system, the water production and outlet water quality of reverse osmosis water treatment system are severely affected, resulting in low water production rate and poor recovery rate of reclaimed water reuse device. The reclaimed water reuse device is reformed by adding ultrafiltration system, changing the model of reverse osmosis membrane and adding specialized reagent. After the transformation, the sludge density index (SDI15) of the influent of the reverse osmosis system decreased from 5.7 to 0.94, and the water yield of the reclaimed water reuse device increased by 25 t/h, which improve the utilization efficiency of water resources.
