针对煤气化装置配套的煤气化废水酚氨回收装置氨回收单元运行不稳定、副产稀氨水的指标波动大,导致热电锅炉烟气脱硫无法满足要求等问题,采取在三级分凝器内增设除沫器、整体更换氨净化塔内填料、增设碱洗系统等措施,对酚氨回收装置氨回收单元的工艺流程进行了优化。工艺流程优化后,有效解决了副产稀氨水品质不达标及酚氨回收装置超负荷运行的问题,提升了系统运行的稳定性,显著提高了酚氨装置的处理效率。
The coal gasification wastewater phenol ammonia recovery device supporting the coal gasification plant has the problem of unstable operation of the ammonia recovery unit and large fluctuation of the indicators of the by-product dilute ammonia water, which lead to the inability to meet the requirements of flue gas desulfurization of the thermal power boiler and other problems. In connection with these problems, measures such as adding a demister in the three-stage fractional condenser, replacing all packing in the ammonia purification tower, and adding a caustic washing system are taken to optimize the process flow of the ammonia recovery unit of the phenol ammonia recovery unit. After optimization of the process flow, the problems of substandard quality of by-product dilute ammonia water and overloaded operation of the phenol ammonia recovery unit have been effectively solved, the stability of the system operation has been improved, and the treatment efficiency of the phenol ammonia unit has been significantly improved.
