以20 g/L柠檬酸溶液为浸取液,浸取石灰石、磷石膏、磷石膏钙渣分别与钾矿原料制备的硅钙钾肥中的有效钙,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定有效钙的含量,并计算溶出率;采用正交试验考察影响硅钙钾肥中有效钙溶出率的因素,探讨了有效钙的溶出规律。结果表明:3种硅钙钾肥中的有效钙具有较好的缓释性;施肥后温度和时间对有效钙溶出率的影响无显著差异;土壤酸度对有效钙溶出率的影响存在显著差异,酸度越大,有效钙溶出率越大。3种硅钙钾肥中有效钙的释放特征具有相似性,采用磷石膏、磷石膏钙渣代替石灰石生产硅钙钾肥,可实现废弃物料中钙的资源化利用。
Taking 20 g/L citric acid solution as the leaching solution, the concentration of effective calcium in silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizer prepared from limestone, phosphogypsum, calcium slag of phosphogypsum and potassium ore is determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry and the dissolution rate is calculated. The relevant factors affecting the dissolution rate of effective calcium in silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizer are investigated by orthogonal test design, and the dissolution law of effective calcium is compared. The results show that the available calcium in the three silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizers has good slow release property. There is no significant difference in the effect of temperature and time changes on the effective calcium dissolution rate after fertilization, but there is a significant difference in the effect of soil acidity on the effective calcium dissolution rate. The higher the soil acidity is, the higher the effective calcium dissolution rate is. The release characteristics of available calcium in the three kinds of silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizers are similar. Phosphogypsum and calcium slag of phosphogypsum can be used to replace limestone to produce silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizers, so as to realize the resource utilization of calcium in waste resources.
