分子筛再生气加热器受温度频繁变化产生的热应力影响,管板出现泄漏,导致分子筛再生不彻底、水进入冷箱结冰,不能保障装置的稳定运行。通过对分子筛干燥器再生、运行操作流程的分析,为实现再生气加热器的恒温操作,调整了再生气加热器的操作方式。操作方式调整以后,再生气加热器未出现泄漏问题,不仅稳定了装置的运行,而且取得了可观的经济效益。

Affected by the thermal stress caused by frequent temperature changes, the molecular sieve regeneration gas heater has tube sheet leakage, resulting in incomplete molecular sieve regeneration and freezing of water in the cold box, which cannot guarantee the stable operation of the device. Through analysis of the regeneration and operation process of the molecular sieve dryer, in order to realize the constant temperature operation of the regeneration gas heater, the operation mode of the regeneration gas heater is adjusted. After the adjustment of the operation mode, there is no leakage problem of the regeneration gas heater, which not only stabilizes the operation of the device, but also achieves considerable economic benefits.
