摘要:

针对RBZ45-2+2+3型空气增压机止推轴瓦在运行过程中出现温度偏高的问题,分析了空气增压机平衡盘受力情况后,在平衡管出口增设了切断阀、截止阀,并调整了操作方式。改造措施实施后,达到了轴向推力减小、轴瓦温度降低的目的,消除了空气增压机运行中的安全隐患。

Due to the problem of high temperature of thrust bearing bush of RBZ45-2+2+3 air booster during operation, after analyzing the stress of balance disc of air booster, cut-off valve and stop valve are added at the outlet of balance pipe, the operation mode is also adjusted. After the implementation of the transformation measures, the purpose of reducing axial thrust and bearing bush temperature is achieved, and the potential safety hazards in the operation of air booster are eliminated.
