为筛选硫酸镁在含黄腐酸尿基复合肥中的合理添加量,以上海青为试验对象,开展了盆栽试验。试验共设7个处理,对照处理(CK)不施肥,其他处理分别在含黄腐酸尿基复合肥中添加质量分数为0、1%、2%、3%、4%、5%的一水硫酸镁。结果表明:施肥可促进上海青叶绿素合成和株高增加,叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)在作物生长中后期表现出明显优势;在全生育期,与含黄腐酸尿基复合肥相比,添加硫酸镁对株高的影响不明显;添加1%硫酸镁的含黄腐酸尿基复合肥可明显提高作物地上部鲜质量和干质量、地下部干质量,且植株中全磷、全钾含量较高。
In order to screen the reasonable addition amount of magnesium sulfate in urea based compound fertilizer containing fulvic acid, a pot experiment is carried out with Brassica chinensis L. as the experimental object. Seven treatments are set up in the experiment. The control treatment (CK) does not apply fertilizer, and the other treatments add magnesium sulfate monohydrate with mass fraction of 0, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% and 5% to the urea based compound fertilizer containing fulvic acid. The results show that fertilization can promote the synthesis of chlorophyll, increase plant height, and the relative content of chlorophyll (SPAD value) shows obvious advantages in the middle and late stage of crop growth. During the whole growth period, compared with the urea based compound fertilizer containing fulvic acid, the effect of magnesium sulfate on plant height is not obvious. By adding 1% magnesium sulfate to urea based compound fertilizer containing fulvic acid can significantly improve the fresh and dry weight of aboveground, dry weight of underground parts of crops and the contents of total phosphorus as well as potassium level in plants are high.
