通过对样品提取条件和衍生化条件的优化,建立了气相色谱-串联质谱法多反应监测(MRM)模式测定中草药海金沙中活性成分松柏醇、香豆酸、阿魏酸含量的方法。结果表明:3种活性成分标准曲线的线性范围为0.5~10.0 mg/L,相关系数r>0.99;方法的检出限为20.1~41.8 μg/L,定量限为67.2~139.4 μg/L,加标回收率为92.1%~101.7%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为4.2%~6.0%。
By optimizing the extraction and derivation conditions of the sample, a method for the determination of the contents of the active components, such as coniferol, coumaric acid and ferulic acid, in Lygodium japonicum (Thunb.) Sw. by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry with multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) is established. The results show that the linear range of the standard curves of the three active ingredients is 0.5-10.0 mg/L, and the correlation coefficient r> 0.99. The detection limit of the method is 20.1-41.8 μg/L, limit of quantitation is 67.2-139.4 μg/L, the recovery is 92.1%-101.7%, and the relative standard deviation (n=6) is 4.2%-6.0%.
