煤粉锅炉静电除尘器存在的问题及应对措施

摘要:

煤粉锅炉烟气脱硝装置NH3逃逸率高,逃逸的NH3与烟气中的SO2反应生成黏性较强的NH4HSO3,并随烟气进入电除尘器中,因操作调整不及时、检修不彻底,造成电除尘器的除尘效率下降。通过采用提高煤粉锅炉燃料煤中的烟煤比例、调整电除尘器电场投入顺序、减小燃料煤的粒径、及时调整烟气脱硝装置还原剂的用量等措施,提高了静电除尘器的除尘效率,实现了静电除尘器的长周期、稳定、高效运行。

Abstract:

The NH3 escape rate of the flue gas denitration device of the pulverized coal boiler is high, and the escaping NH3 reacts with SO2 in the flue gas to generate NH4HSO3 with strong viscosity, which enters the electrostatic precipitator with the flue gas. The dust removal efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator decreases due to untimely operation adjustment and incomplete maintenance. Through measures such as increasing the proportion of bituminous coal in the fuel coal of pulverized coal boiler, adjusting the electric field input sequence of the electrostatic precipitator, reducing the particle size of the fuel coal, and timely adjusting the amount of reductant used in the flue gas denitration device, the dust removal efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator is improved, and the long-term, stable and efficient operation of the electrostatic precipitator is realized.
