为考察硝化抑制剂3, 4-二甲基吡唑磷酸盐添加量对作物生长和氮肥利用率的影响,以玉米为对象,开展了盆栽试验。结果表明:添加硝化抑制剂对玉米苗期生长指标、土壤脲酶活性影响不大,但对土壤硝态氮转化有明显的抑制作用,可促进氮肥利用率的提高;添加1.2倍硝化抑制剂量能有效减缓铵态氮向硝态氮转化和延长肥料的肥效期。在实际农业生产中,应根据土壤条件和种植的作物确定合理的硝化抑制剂添加量。
In order to investigate the effects of the addition of nitrification inhibitor 3, 4-dimethylpyrazole phosphate on crop growth and nitrogen fertilizer use efficiency, a pot experiment is conducted on maize. The results show that the adding of nitrification inhibitor has little effect on the growth index of maize seedlings and soil urease activity, but has obvious inhibition on the transformation of soil nitrate nitrogen, which could promote the improvement of nitrogen fertilizer utilization efficiency. The adding of 1.2 times nitrification inhibitor can effectively slow down the transformation of ammonium nitrogen to nitrate nitrogen and prolong the fertilizer effective period. In the actual agricultural production, the reasonable adding amount of nitrification inhibitor should be determined according to the soil conditions and the type of crops planted.
