高强度颗粒有机肥成型装备的设计与应用

摘要:

针对有机肥造粒难、颗粒强度差、粒度分布不均匀,难以与机械化作业相匹配的问题,通过对现有有机肥造粒设备的调研,开发了高强度颗粒有机肥成型装备。介绍了高强度颗粒有机肥成型装备的总体设计,通过试验确定了相关结构参数,并集成开发了高强度颗粒有机肥生产线关键技术。应用实践表明,施用高强度颗粒有机肥成型装备生产的颗粒有机肥后,实现了马铃薯、小麦、白菜等农作物的增产增收。

Abstract:

In view of the problems of difficulty in organic fertilizer granulation, poor particle strength, uneven particle size distribution, and difficulty in matching with mechanized operation, through the investigation of existing organic fertilizer granulation equipment, a high-strength granular organic fertilizer forming equipment is developed. The overall design of the forming equipment for high-strength granular organic fertilizer is introduced, the relevant structural parameters through experiments is determined, and the key technologies of the high-strength granular organic fertilizer production line is integrated and developed. The application practice shows that the production of potato, wheat, cabbage and other crops can be increased by applying granular organic fertilizer produced by high-strength granular organic fertilizer forming equipment.
