水煤浆气化装置煤浆提浓改造总结

摘要:

由于煤浆制备系统制得的煤浆粒度分布不合理,水煤浆质量分数仅为58%~60%,造成气化炉的煤耗和氧耗较高,有效气含量偏低。通过增设细磨装置并采用新型煤浆添加剂后,水煤浆质量分数提高了3.57%,气化炉运行稳定,有效气体积分数提高2.18%,平均每天节省气化煤43 t、氧气21 600 m3,成本降低91 500元/d,节资效果明显。

Due to the unreasonable particle size distribution of coal slurry prepared by the coal slurry preparation system, the mass fraction of coal-water slurry is only 58%-60%, resulting in high coal and oxygen consumption of the gasifier and low effective gas content. After adding a fine grinding equipment and adopting a new coal slurry additive, the mass fraction of coal-water slurry increased by 3.57%, the gasifier operated stably, the effective gas volume fraction increased by 2.18%. The average daily saving is 43 t of gasification coal and 21 600 m3 of oxygen. The production cost is reduced by 67 500 yuan/d and the effect of capital saving is obvious.
