摘要:

建立了全自动电位滴定仪测定工业无水硫酸钠中氯化物含量的方法, 并与国家标准《工业无水硫酸钠》(GB/T 6009-2014)中的银量法进行了对比试验。结果表明, 全自动电位滴定仪法的测定值与银量法的吻合, 加标回收率为99.0%~101.4%。采用全自动电位滴定仪法避免了人为判断滴定终点引起的误差, 操作简便、准确度高、重复性好, 能满足工业无水硫酸钠中氯化物含量的分析要求。

A method for determination of chloride content in industrial anhydrous sodium sulfate by fully automatic potentiometric titration is established, and comparison test has been carried out with silver content method in the national standard "Anhydrous Sodium Sulfate for Industrial Use" (GB/T 6009-2014). Results show that the measured value of fully automatic potentiometric titration method is consistent with that of the silver content method, and the recovery is 99.0%-101.4%. The fully automatic potentiometric titration method avoids the error caused by human judgment of the titration end point. It has the characteristics of simple operation, high accuracy and good repeatability, and can meet the requirements of analysis of chloride content in industrial anhydrous sodium sulfate.
