TRIZ理论在磷酸铵生产装置改造中的应用

摘要:

由于磷酸铵生产装置中的转鼓冷却窑的冷却能力不足,导致磷酸二铵产品包装温度过高,不仅造成包装袋易损坏,而且影响产品的外观质量。运用TRIZ理论中的功能分析、因果链分析、最终理想解、可用资源分析、技术矛盾、物理矛盾、物质-场分析、科学效应、功能裁剪等方法,寻找最优的改造方案。采用热风炉引风机抽风,取消冷却风机;将转鼓冷却窑改为立式冷却器,利用夹套冷却水与产品逆流换热。改造方案实施后,解决了磷酸二铵产品包装温度过高的问题。

Abstract:

Due to the insufficient cooling capacity of rotary drum cooling kiln in ammonium phosphate production unit, which leads to high packaging temperature of diammonium phosphate products. The problem not only causes easy damage to the packaging bags but also affects the appearance quality of the products. Functional analysis, causal chain analysis, final ideal solution, available resources analysis, technical contradiction, physical contradiction, substance-field analysis, scientific effect and functional tailoring in TRIZ theory are used to find the optimal transformation solution. By adopting the hot blast furnace induced draft fan to extract air and cancel the cooling fan, changing the rotary drum cooling kiln into a vertical cooler, and using the jacket cooling water to heat exchange with the product against the flow, the problem of high packing temperature of diammonium phosphate products is solved after the implementation of the transformation plan.
