摘要:

航天炉粉煤加压气化装置部分远程控制阀门阀位反馈信号延时迟滞严重、阀门开关状态频繁跳变,严重干扰正常操作,威胁气化装置的安全稳定运行。通过分析阀位检测微动开关和相匹配的安全栅间的结构,发现电气开关周期已达上限,无法正常工作,原因是安全栅选型不当。对安全栅重新选型、安装后,解决了现场阀门位置检测异常的问题,确保了气化装置的安全稳定运行。

Some of remote control valves position feedback signal of the coal dust pressurized gasification unit in the HT-L gasifier has severe delay and frequent changes in valve opening and closing status, which seriously interferes with normal operation and threatens the safe and stable operation of the gasification unit. By analyzing the structure of the valve position detection micro switch and the matching safety barrier, it is found that the electrical switching cycle has reached the upper limit and cannot work normally because the safety barrier is not properly selected. After re-selecting and installing the safety barrier, the problem of abnormal valve position detection on site is solved, ensuring safe and stable operation of the gasification unit.
