为研究不溶性含钾硅酸盐岩石与不同钙质原料(石灰石、磷石膏、磷石膏钙渣)制备的硅钙钾肥中钾的溶出规律,以20 g/L柠檬酸溶液为浸取液,采用正交试验考察了浸取次数、酸度、振荡温度、振荡时间对硅钙钾肥中有效钾溶出率的影响。结果表明:3种硅钙钾肥中的有效钾具有较好的缓释性;振荡温度和振荡时间对有效钾溶出率的影响无显著差异;酸度对有效钾溶出率的影响存在显著差异,酸度越大,有效钾溶出率越大。3种硅钙钾肥中有效钾的释放特征具有相似性,可以采用磷石膏、磷石膏钙渣代替石灰石生产硅钙钾肥,实现废弃物料的资源化利用。
To study the dissolution pattern of potassium in silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizers prepared from insoluble potassium-containing silicate rocks and different calcareous raw materials (limestone, phosphogypsum and phosphogypsum calcium slag), the effects of leaching times, acidity, oscillation temperature and oscillation time on the available potassium dissolution rate in silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizers are investigated by orthogonal tests using 20 g/L citric acid solution as leaching solution. The results show that the available potassium in the three types of silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizers has good slow release feature. The effects of oscillation temperature and oscillation time on the available potassium dissolution rate are not significantly different. The effect of acidity on the available potassium dissolution rate is significantly different, the greater the acidity, the greater the available potassium dissolution rate. The release characteristics of the available potassium in the three types of silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizers are similar, and phosphogypsum and phosphogypsum calcium slag can be used instead of limestone to produce silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizer, and therefore realize the resource utilization of waste materials.
