摘要:

通过优化Omnian软件和分析参数,利用X射线荧光光谱法无标半定量分析功能,实现了磷矿石无标半定量全谱扫描分析。采用上述方法对磷矿石成分分析标准物质GBW07210、GBW07211和GBW07212进行全谱扫描,结果与认定值基本一致,获得了较为满意的应用效果。X射线荧光光谱法无标半定量分析适合磷矿石品质筛查及摸底调查研究。

By optimizing Omnian software and analysis parameters, the non-standard and semi quantitative full spectrum scanning analysis of phosphorus ore is achieved using the non-standard and semi quantitative analysis function of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. The above method is used to conduct full spectrum scanning on the standard substances GBW07210, GBW07211 and GBW07212 for the analysis of phosphate ore composition, and the results are basically consistent with the certified values, achieving satisfactory application results. The non-standard and semi quantitative method of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is suitable for quality screening and investigation of phosphorus ore.
