聚天门冬氨酸/盐(PASP)是一种生物可降解的环境友好型材料,可通过与养分离子螯合,提高肥料利用率,同时能增强养分在土壤中的固持能力,减少养分损失。为考察含改性聚天门冬氨酸复合肥对作物根系生长和产量的影响,以樱桃萝卜、生菜和青萝卜为试验对象,开展了盆栽试验。结果表明:与施用等养分普通复合肥的处理相比,施用含改性聚天门冬氨酸复合肥处理的3种作物的鲜质量分别提高21.94%、35.97%和42.65%;樱桃萝卜和生菜的叶片叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)分别提高5.9%和18.1%;3种作物的平均根茎粗增加11.41%~32.14%;3种作物均实现不同程度的增收。肥料中添加改性聚天门冬氨酸能够增强作物光合作用,促进作物根系生长与养分吸收,可获得增产增收的效果。
Polyaspartic acid/salt (PASP) is a biodegradable and environmentally friendly material that can improve fertilizer utilization by chelating with nutrient ions, while enhancing the fixation ability of nutrients in the soil and reducing nutrient loss. To investigate the effect of compound fertilizer containing modified polyaspartic acid on crop root growth and yield, a pot experiment is conducted on cherry radish, lettuce, and green radish. The results show that compared with the treatment of applying ordinary compound fertilizer with equal nutrients, the fresh weight of the three crops treated with compound fertilizer containing modified polyaspartic acid increased by 21.94%, 35.97%, and 42.65%, respectively. The relative chlorophyll content (SPAD value) of cherry radish and lettuce leaves increased by 5.9% and 18.1%, respectively. The average rhizome diameter of the three crops increased by 11.41% to 32.14%. All three crops have achieved varying degrees of income increase. Adding modified polyaspartic acid to fertilizer can enhance crop photosynthesis, promote root growth and nutrient absorption, and achieve the effect of increasing yield and income.
