为考察大量、中量及微量元素无机肥料与不同有机物料耦合发酵后制得的有机无机固体肥和液体肥对蔬菜产量、品质以及土壤理化性状的影响,以小白菜为试验对象,开展了盆栽试验。试验共设6个处理,分别为不施肥(CK)、发酵后秸秆+化肥(JH)、发酵后羊粪+化肥(GH)、秸秆+化肥耦合发酵的有机无机复合肥(OR)、羊粪+化肥耦合发酵的有机无机复合肥(DI)、秸秆+羊粪+化肥耦合发酵的有机无机复合肥(MQ)。结果表明:施肥处理均能显著提高小白菜产量,DI处理的小白菜产量最高;施肥处理的土壤中各养分含量都有增加的趋势,DI处理对提高土壤中有机质含量的效果较好;施肥处理均能提高小白菜维生素C含量,DI处理的效果较好。
In order to investigate the effects of organic-inorganic solid and liquid fertilizers produced by coupling fermentation of large, medium, and trace element inorganic fertilizers with different organic materials on vegetable yield, quality, and soil physicochemical properties, a pot experiment is carried out with the pakchoi as experimental object. A total of 6 treatments are set up in the experiment, including no fertilization (CK), fermented straw + fertilizer (JH), fermented sheep manure + fertilizer (GH), straw + fertilizer coupling fermentation organic-inorganic compound fertilizer (OR), sheep manure + fertilizer coupling fermentation organic-inorganic compound fertilizer (DI), straw + sheep manure + fertilizer coupling fermentation organic-inorganic compound fertilizer (MQ). The results show that all fertilization treatments can significantly increase the yield of pakchoi, with DI treatment having the highest yield. The content of various nutrients in the soil treated with fertilization shows an increasing trend, and DI treatment has a better effect on improving the organic matter content in the soil. Fertilization treatment can increase the vitamin C content of pakchoi, and DI treatment has a better effect.
