功能有机肥对樱桃番茄根结线虫病及产量的影响

摘要:

利用海洋生物废弃物制备氨基酸和壳寡糖;以氨基酸、壳寡糖、金枫菌为主要的添加组分,开发生产了功能有机肥;以樱桃番茄为试验对象,以施用普通有机肥为对照,开展了田间小区试验,考察功能有机肥对根结线虫病的防治效果及增产情况。结果表明,与对照处理相比,施用功能有机肥的处理对根结线虫病的防治效果提高了63.28%~82.94%,樱桃番茄的产量提高了7.60%~27.29%。功能有机肥的开发应用,可以大幅减少农药的用量,为生产绿色樱桃番茄提供了保障。

Abstract:

Amino acid and chitosan oligosaccharide are prepared using marine biological wastes; functional organic fertilizer is developed and produced with amino acid, chitosan oligosaccharide and King Phoenix bacteria as the main additive components. In order to investigate the effect of functional organic fertilizer on the prevention and control of root-knot nematode disease and the increase in yield, a field plot experiment is carried out with cherry tomato as the experimental object and application of common organic fertilizer as the control treatment. The results show that compared with the control treatment, the application of functional organic fertilizer treatment increases the control effect of root-knot nematode disease by 63.28% to 82.94%, and the yield of cherry tomato increases by 7.60% to 27.29%. The development and application of functional organic fertilizer can greatly reduce the use of pesticide and provide a guarantee for the production of green cherry tomato.
