为考察不同检测环境和条件对有机肥料及其生产原料的可溶性盐电导率(EC)测定结果的影响,选用不同类型的有机肥料及其生产原料开展了试验研究。结果表明:样品称样量与EC值测定结果呈线性正相关,对EC值的测定影响最大;样品浸提温度和浸提液分离方法对EC值的测定无显著影响;振荡时间和样品浸提液放置时间对EC值的测定有显著影响,但处理间极差和相对极差较小。测定有机肥料及其生产原料EC值的条件:称样量为5.0~10.0 g,振荡时间为30~60 min,浸提液分离方式可根据实际情况选择滤纸过滤或离心分离,测定时的环境温度为25 ℃,样品浸提后静置30 min检测。
In order to investigate the effect of different testing environments and conditions on the determination of soluble salt conductivity (EC) of organic fertilizers and production materials, experimental studies are conducted using different types of organic fertilizers as well as the production materials. The results show that there is a positive linear correlation between the sample weighing amount and the EC value measurement results, which has the greatest impact on the determination of EC value. The sample extraction temperature and extraction solution separation method have no significant effect on the determination of EC value. The oscillation time and sample extraction solution placement time have a significant impact on the determination of EC value, but the range and relative range between treatments are relatively small. The conditions for determining the EC value of organic fertilizers and production raw materials are: weighing 5.0-10.0 g, oscillation time 30-60 minutes, the separation method of the extraction solution can be selected according to the actual situation, filter paper filtration or centrifugal separation, the surrounding temperature for measurement is 25 ℃ and the extracted sample is set for 30 minutes before detection.
