针对长期耕作和管理不当引起设施栽培土壤恶化,造成茄子产量和品质下降的问题,以常规施肥为对照(CK)处理,开展了增施腐熟牛粪(T1)处理和含腐殖酸微生物菌剂(T2)处理的田间小区试验。结果表明:与CK处理相比,T2处理的茄子株高、茎粗、产量、可溶性糖含量分别提高了22.27%、6.33%、9.09%、21.20%,土壤有机质含量提高了0.50%,根系土壤细菌、放线菌数量的增幅分别为30.29%、90.61%。综合考虑农艺指标、产量、品质指标和根系土壤微生物指标等,施用含腐殖酸微生物菌剂可改良设施土壤。
In response to the problem of soil deterioration caused by long-term cultivation and improper management in facility cultivation, resulting in a decrease in eggplant yield and quality, a field plot trial is conducted using conventional fertilization as a control (CK) treatment, with the addition of decomposed cow manure (T1) treatment and microbial agent containing humic acid (T2) treatment. The results show that compared with CK treatment, T2 treatment increases the plant height, stem diameter, yield, and soluble sugar content of eggplants by 22.27%, 6.33%, 9.09%, and 21.20%, respectively. T2 treatment increased the soil organic matter content by 0.50%, and the number of root soil bacteria and actinomycetes increases by 30.29% and 90.61%, respectively. Taking into account agronomic indicators, yield, quality indicators, and root soil microbial indicators, the application of microbial agents containing humic acid can improve the quality of the facility soil.
