脱硫循环水净化试验及应用总结

摘要:

脱硫循环水长期循环使用后,浊度增大、颜色发黄,影响对脱硫后煤气的洗涤效果。以活性炭为吸附剂,通过实验室试验,考察了活性炭投加量、搅拌时间和搅拌速率对循环水处理效果的影响,结果表明:添加质量分数1.0%的活性炭在300 r/min的速率下搅拌15 min,可以取得满意的处理效果。采用YNK-655型液相硫污染物吸附剂和YNK-680型絮凝剂开展了工业试运行,结果表明:处理后的循环水浊度<5 NTU,可满足循环水净化处理的要求。

After long-term recycling of desulfurization recycle water, the turbidity increases and the color turns yellow, which affects the washing effect of desulfurization gas. Using activated carbon as an adsorbent, the effects of activated carbon dosage, stirring time, and stirring rate on the treatment efficiency of recycle water are investigated through laboratory experiments. The results show that adding 1.0% activated carbon and stirring at a rate of 300 r/min for 15 minutes can achieve satisfactory treatment results. Industrial trial runs are conducted using YNK-655 liquid-phase sulfur pollutant adsorbent and YNK-680 flocculant. The results show that the turbidity of the treated recycle water is less than 5 NTU, which can meet the requirements of recycle water purification treatment.
