Since the transformation of the synthetic ammonia shift unit from a four-stage adiabatic sulfur-tolerant shift to isothermal shift, the catalyst used is changed to QDB-06 sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst. The process flow, catalyst loading and heating vulcanization of the isothermal shift unit are introduced. The actual operation for over 6 months shows that the QDB-06 sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst has good low temperature activity, particle strength, and strength stability, which can fully meet the shift requirement and isothermal shift conditions.
