为验证新型生物刺激素APAA在提高作物抗盐性方面的效果,开展了盐胁迫条件下不同APAA用量对小麦种子萌发效果以及外源施用APAA对小麦苗期抗盐性的试验。结果表明:APAA的质量浓度为50 mg/L时,可以显著提高小麦种子在盐胁迫条件下的发芽势、发芽率、芽长、根长;外源施用APAA质量浓度为50 mg/L时,可显著提高小麦幼苗中过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白的含量,显著降低丙二醛、过氧化氢的含量,可增强小麦的耐盐能力,小麦幼苗在盐胁迫下的株高、根长、地上部干质量、地下部干质量分别比对照处理的提高8.2%、12.5%、5.7%、16.9%。
In order to verify the effect of the novel biostimulant APAA on improving salt tolerance of crop, an experiment is carried out on the effect of different APAA application rates on wheat seed germination under salt stress condition, as well as the effect of exogenous application of APAA on salt tolerance in wheat seedling stage. The results show that when the mass concentration of APAA is 50 mg/L, it can significantly increase the germination vigor, germination rate, bud length and root length of wheat seeds under salt stress condition. When the mass concentration of exogenous application APAA is 50 mg/L, it can significantly increase the content of catalase, peroxidase, proline, and soluble protein in wheat seedlings, significantly reduce the content of malondialdehyde and hydrogen peroxide, and enhance the salt tolerance of wheat. The plant height, root length, aboveground dry weight and underground dry weight of wheat seedlings under salt stress increase by 8.2%, 12.5%, 5.7%, and 16.9%, respectively, compared to the control treatment.
