农用硝酸镁生产工艺的优化试验

摘要:

通过工艺优化、精确调控蒸汽用量,研发出了符合行业标准《中量元素水溶肥料》(NY 2266—2012)要求的新型硝酸镁产品,其中镁质量分数为10.18%。针对新型硝酸镁产品溶液的黏度特性,喷头喷孔直径从0.8 mm调整至0.9 mm,显著降低了喷头堵塞的风险。对比分析了新型硝酸镁产品与硝酸铵钙等5种产品的存放特性,表明新型硝酸镁产品在防潮性能上表现较佳;并比较了新型硝酸镁产品和六水硝酸镁的物理化学性质。新型硝酸镁产品的成功研制,为农用肥料的高效利用和化肥工业的绿色发展提供了新的解决方案。

Abstract:

Through process optimization and precise control of steam consumption, a new type of magnesium nitrate product that meets the requirements of the industry standard "Water-Soluble Fertilizers Containing Calcium and Magnesium" (NY 2266—2012) has been developed, with a magnesium mass fraction of 10.18%. In response to the viscosity characteristics of the new magnesium nitrate product solution, the nozzle hole diameter is adjusted from 0.8 mm to 0.9 mm, significantly reducing the risk of nozzle clogging. A comparative analysis is conducted on the storage characteristics of the new magnesium nitrate product and five other products, including calcium ammonium nitrate, indicating that the new magnesium nitrate product performs better in terms of moisture resistance. The physical and chemical properties of the new magnesium nitrate product and hexahydrate magnesium nitrate are compared as well. The successful development of new magnesium nitrate product provides a new solution for the efficient utilization of agricultural fertilizers and the green development of the fertilizer industry.
