4种氨基酸不同浓度浸种对小白菜生长及生理特性的影响
Effects of Soaking Seeds with Four Different Amino Acids and Concentrations on the Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Chinese Cabbage

以小白菜为供试作物,不加氨基酸为对照(CK)处理,通过甘氨酸(Gly)、脯氨酸(Pro)、组氨酸(His)和甲硫氨酸(Met)等4种氨基酸在低、中、高(5、10、20 mmol/L)等3个浓度水平的浸种试验,考察了对小白菜生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明:适宜浓度的氨基酸对小白菜的生长和生理特性有一定的促进作用,除Met处理外,Pro、His和Gly处理以中浓度对小白菜总鲜质量的促进效果较好,与CK处理相比,分别提高6.2%、3.1%和15.6%,同时增强了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,促进可溶性蛋白含量显著升高;高浓度氨基酸对小白菜生长均有所抑制,Pro、Gly、His和Met处理的小白菜总鲜质量比CK处理的分别减少15.6%、6.2%、15.6%和18.8%,同时导致过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性降低、丙二醛(MDA)含量升高。不同氨基酸对小白菜生长的影响存在差异,高浓度的Pro、Gly处理和低浓度的His、Met处理均可提高小白菜发芽率。Met处理对小白菜生长具有一定的抑制作用,不同浓度处理的小白菜总鲜质量均低于CK处理的。Gly处理的小白菜中可溶性蛋白含量、SOD活性及生物量较优,其综合效果应优于其他氨基酸的。

Abstract:

The Chinese cabbage is used as the test crop and treatment without amino acid is used as the control (CK) treatment. The effects of four amino acids including glycine (Gly), proline (Pro), histidine (His) and methionine (Met) on the growth and physiological characteristics of Chinese cabbage are investigated through soaking seeds experiments at low, medium and high concentration levels (5, 10 and 20 mmol/L). The results show that suitable concentrations of amino acids have a certain promoting effect on the growth and physiological characteristics of Chinese cabbage. Except for Met treatment, Pro, His, and Gly treatments at medium concentrations have a better promoting effect on the total fresh weight of Chinese cabbage, with an increase of 6.2%, 3.1% and 15.6% respectively compared to CK treatment. At the same time, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity is enhanced and soluble protein content is significantly increased. High concentration of amino acids inhibit the growth of Chinese cabbage which lead to the total fresh weight of Chinese cabbage treated with Pro, Gly, His and Met decrease by 15.6%, 6.2%, 15.6% and 18.8% respectively compared to the CK treatment as well as lead to a decrease in catalase (CAT) activity and an increase in malondialdehyde (MDA) content. There are differences in the effects of different amino acids on the growth of Chinese cabbage. High concentrations of Pro and Gly treatment and low concentrations of His and Met treatment can all improve the germination rate of Chinese cabbage. Met treatment has a certain inhibitory effect on the growth of Chinese cabbage, and the total fresh weight of Chinese cabbage treated with different concentrations is lower than that treated with CK treatment. Chinese cabbage treated with Gly has better soluble protein content, SOD activity and biomass, and its comprehensive effect is superior to other amino acids.
