介绍了萱草的国内外最新研究进展,分析了萱草属黄花菜的营养成分和含量、药用功能成分的健康功效及相关机理。根据我国传统中医药名著对萱草属黄花菜“药食同源”的记载,重点从土壤环境与植物营养生态调控、生态栽培与病虫害绿色防控、种质资源创新与优良品种选育等方面,提出应进一步加强基于“药食同源”的土壤-萱草系统构建,促进“萱草+”大健康产业的高质量发展。
The latest research progress of Hemerocallis L. domestic and abroad is introduced, the nutritional components and content of Hemerocallis citrina Baroni, the health effects of medicinal functional components, and related mechanisms are analyzed. Based on the recording of the traditional Chinese medicine classics "medicine and food homology" in the Hemerocallis citrina Baroni, the focus is on soil environment and plant nutrition ecological regulation, ecological cultivation and green pest control, germplasm resource innovation and excellent variety breeding. It is proposed to further strengthen the construction of the soil-Hemerocallis L. system based on "medicine and food homology" and promote the high-quality development of the " Hemerocallis L.+" great health industry.
