采用现行的国家标准和行业标准中的方法测定矿物源腐殖酸有机肥中黄腐酸的含量,所得结果差异较大,重现性差,且耗时较长。对各标准中的方法分析比较后发现,行业标准《肥料中黄腐酸的测定容量滴定法》(NY/T 3162—2017)中的方法较适合此类产品中黄腐酸含量的测定。根据矿物源腐殖酸有机肥中黄腐酸含量低的特点,对NY/T 3162—2017中的方法进行优化,增加了称样量,降低了氧化液和滴定液浓度,调整碳系数为0.50,同时考虑了水分含量等因素,优化后的方法可操作性强,测定耗时不超过3 h,加标回收率为97.00%~ 106.00%,能够满足NY/T 3162—2017中规定的平行测定结果的相对偏差不超过10%的要求。
The content of fulvic acid in mineral source humic acid organic fertilizer is determined using methods from current national and industry standards. The results show significant differences, poor reproducibility, and time-consuming. After analyzing and comparing the methods used in the standards, the method in the industry standard "Determination of fulvic acid in fertilizers- Capacity titration" (NY/T 3162—2017) is found to be more suitable for determining the content of fulvic acid in such products. Based on the low content of fulvic acid in mineral source humic acid organic fertilizer, the method in NY/T 3162—2017 is optimized by increasing the sample weight, reducing the concentration of oxidizing and titrant, adjusting the carbon coefficient to 0.50, and considering factors such as moisture content. The optimized method has strong operability, with a determination time of no more than 3 hours and a recovery rate of 97.00% to 106.00%. It can meet the requirement of parallel determination results with a relative deviation of no more than 10% specified in NY/T 3162—2017.
